Send us your sound file and we can personalise a product for you!

We understand that some people don’t have the time or knowledge to create and download MP3 sound files from their computer, so if you don't wish to do it yourself then we can do it for you for a nominal fee! It’s as easy as 1-2-3, just follow these steps…

STEP 1: Add this item to your shopping basket, together with the product you would like personalised, and checkout in the normal way. 

STEP 2: Sent us an email and attach your required sound file. Be sure to quote your name and order number so we can match it for processing.

STEP 3: We will download your sound file onto the product you have ordered before we despatch, so it's ready to go as soon as you receive it.

NOTES:
a. MP3 file format is preferred, but you can send other file formats such as WAV, MP4A, ORG and AAC files. All files will be converted to MP3 before downloading.
b. Our MP3 Sound Modules, Talking Hearts and PIR Motion Sensors have a 4MB flash memory. We can load one single file or store multiple files, but the total size must not exceed 4MB.
c. Your sound file could be a personal voice message, your favourite music or some sound effects... you decide!
